Privacy Policy

Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]

1. Controller

The controller for the processing described here is:
[LEGAL NAME]
[ADDRESS]
[COUNTRY]
Email: [CONTACT EMAIL]

Data protection officer: [DATA PROTECTION OFFICER CONTACT, IF APPOINTED].

2. What Lidly does

Lidly develops custom AI agents and data pipelines from ready templates. An agent can, for example, find public posts where people ask for a service, classify the intent, extract fields and deliver the results. A data pipeline collects, cleans and delivers data from sources agreed with the client. The website lidly.pro has no user accounts, no login and no database of visitors. You can use it without an account.

3. Visiting the website

When you open lidly.pro, your browser sends technical data to the server. This includes your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested page, the referring page and your browser and operating system. The hosting provider [HOSTING PROVIDER] stores this data in server logs.

The site runs behind Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) as a content delivery network and security proxy. Cloudflare processes the same request data to deliver the site and to protect it against attacks and misuse.

Purpose: delivering the website and keeping it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is a stable and secure website. Server logs are kept for [LOG RETENTION PERIOD].

4. Cookies, analytics and tracking

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not use tracking tools on this website. We do not store or read information on your device for marketing or statistics. If Cloudflare sets a cookie, it is only one that is strictly necessary for security and delivery of the site (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). Such technically necessary processing does not require your consent.

5. Contact and request forms

The website has a contact and support widget (email address and message) and request forms, for example for free sample leads or a scraper tool (email address, niche or link). When you submit a form, the data is sent to our team's Telegram chat. The website itself does not store it in a database.

Purpose: answering your request and preparing an offer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before a contract at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in answering enquiries). Recipient: Telegram, which we use as the messaging service for our team chat ([TELEGRAM CONTRACTING ENTITY]). We keep messages for [RETENTION PERIOD].

6. Contact via WhatsApp and email

You can discuss a project with us via WhatsApp or by email at [CONTACT EMAIL]. We then process your phone number or email address, your name if you share it, and the content of the conversation. WhatsApp is a service of Meta. Its own privacy policy applies to your use of WhatsApp. Our email is handled by [EMAIL PROVIDER].

Purpose: discussing and carrying out your order. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries. We keep this correspondence for [RETENTION PERIOD], unless legal retention duties require longer storage.

7. Data processed in client projects

Our agents and pipelines work only with publicly available sources. The client and Lidly agree on the sources before work starts. Public posts can contain personal data of their authors, for example a name, a profile link and the text of the post. The agents process this data to deliver the agreed results to the client.

The agents and pipelines run on Lidly's servers at [HOSTING PROVIDER]. [AI MODEL PROVIDERS USED, IF ANY]. The roles under data protection law are set out in the agreement with each client: [ROLE: Lidly as processor under Art. 28 GDPR or as an independent controller]. Project data is kept for [RETENTION PERIOD FOR PROJECT DATA]. If you are the author of a public post and have questions about your data, contact us at the address above.

8. Recipients

  • Hosting provider: [HOSTING PROVIDER]
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery and security)
  • Telegram (delivery of form submissions to our team chat)
  • WhatsApp / Meta and [EMAIL PROVIDER] (only if you contact us that way)
  • Clients, for the results of their own projects

We do not sell personal data.

9. Transfers to third countries

Some of the services above may process data outside the EU/EEA, for example in the USA. Safeguards used: [TRANSFER SAFEGUARDS, e.g. adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses]. You can request a copy of the safeguards at the contact address above.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18) and to data portability (Art. 20). Where we rely on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect processing before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example [SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY].

11. Is providing data required?

You do not have to provide personal data to use the website. If you want an answer or an offer, we need at least a way to contact you. Without it, we cannot reply.

12. Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. In client projects, agents sort public posts by intent automatically. This helps clients find requests and does not create legal effects for the authors.

13. Changes

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version always applies and is published on this page.
